WE SPECIALIZE IN BETTER-THAN-NEW SERVICE
We specialize in better-than-new suspension service for most modern mountain bike components. Our deep-service approach covers full 50-200hr / annual rebuilds to ensure your customers fork, shock, or dropper post is fully refreshed and performing at its highest level. Shops save 20% off our service menu pricing. Ask about pro package pricing for shops sending 12 or more services per month.

We also offer 50-hour services for fork lowers, shock air sleeves, and dropper lower assemblies.
SCHEDULE RETAIL SERVICE
Step 1 — Fill Out the Service Form
Complete our online service form and include any special instructions for your fork or shock. This helps us understand exactly what you need before your suspension arrives.
Step 2— WAIT FOR RA AND SERVICE ESTIMATE
Our shop is open Tuesday through Saturday year round. Service requests will be replied to within 24 hours of submisson during business days. Shops are responsible for shipping cost to and from our facility. Shipping cost will be added into final service bill.
Step 3— Package Your Item (If Shipping)
Protect the stanchions and sealing surfaces carefully. Use sturdy packaging and avoid flimsy boxes or packing peanuts to ensure your suspension arrives safely.
Step 4 — Ship or Drop Off Your Suspension
Ship your items via UPS or FedEx, or drop them off directly at 212 East Pittsburgh St. Greensburg, Pa. 15601. Shops are responsible for inbound and outbound shipping costs.
Step 5 — We Perform the Service
Once your suspension arrives—or your appointment date begins—we complete the requested work within our posted turnaround time. Every fork and shock is serviced with meticulous care.
Step 6 — Completion & Return
When service is complete, we ship your items back via UPS and email you tracking updates. You’ll receive an online invoice for quick and easy payment.
