PRECISION TUNING FOR YOUR RIDING STYLE
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT I NEED?
WHEN BASIC SERVICE IS NEEDED
You ride 1-2x a week?
You’ll hit 50 hours = ~30–40 rides so every 3–6 months. This means your ready for new bathoil and seals to keep things fresh and under warranty, Old oil = mushy feel, inconsistent rebound, harsh hits, and less traction. New oil + fresh seals = your suspension feels crisp, controlled, and smooth again.
WHEN ARE ADVANCED SERVICES NEEDED
Ride 2–3 days a week?
You’ll hit 100 hours in 4–8 months. That’s damper service / full rebuild territory. Your damper is the shock absorber — it keeps your bike controlled. A damper service resets the entire system and brings back the support, traction, and predictability you feel on a fresh fork.
WHEN ARE PRO & RACE SERVICES NEEDED
Pro/Race tunes are for aggressive riders, lighter women, heavier riders, park riders, and anyone who feels harshness, blows through travel, or can’t get the suspension balanced. When the stock valving doesn’t match your weight or riding style, custom shims and friction-reducing upgrades make your suspension finally work for you.

ADD-ONS + SPECIALTY SERVICES
-
FORK BURNISHING
$50 WITH BASIC SERVICE // $75 STAND ALONE SERVICE
Burnishing is the process of precisely sizing and aligning your fork’s bushings so the stanchions slide smoothly with less friction. Many forks come from the factory with bushings that are too tight or slightly misaligned. Burnishing corrects this, reducing stiction and improving small-bump sensitivity, support, and overall feel.
-
PREMIUM FORK SEALS
Low-Friction Seal Upgrade — $45
Premium seals, like SKF low-friction seals, are upgraded fork seals designed to reduce stiction and improve small-bump sensitivity. They slide smoother, last longer, and help your suspension feel more responsive and controlled compared to stock OEM seals.
-
Custom Tuning
Custom Valving / Shim Stack Tune (à la carte) — $100-$130
Tailored damping for your weight and riding style for fork or shock. Included in Race Service. Custom valving = tuning the internal shims to perfectly match your weight and riding style for maximum grip, support, and control.
-
UPGRADES
AIR CAN UPGRADES— $30–$60
Volume spacers, negative spring mods, and performance air sleeve kits. Air can upgrades = better sensitivity, more support, and improved bottom-out control.
