The Complete System

Fresh Suspension • Perfect Sag • Full Bike Fit

Most riders try to tune their bike around suspension that’s worn out, inconsistent, or never been serviced. But you can’t build a perfect fit or sag setup on top of old suspension — the numbers will always be wrong.

The Performance Fit is a two-part, integrated service done by Justin and Ashley.
First, your suspension is refreshed to like-new performance.
Then we complete a full suspension setup with digital dynamic geometry tools and a professional bike fit so your body, geometry, and suspension work together as one system.

This is the only way to unlock your bike’s full potential. Schedule now by filling out the rider information application below.

STEP 1:

FRESH SUSPENSION SET UP | PRICE BASED ON SERVICE PACKAGE

(Why we don’t tune worn-out suspension)

Before we set sag, rebound, cockpit fit, or geometry, your suspension must be healthy.

Old suspension causes:

  • inaccurate sag numbers

  • inconsistent rebound

  • harshness or dead spots

  • drifting compression

  • poor small-bump sensitivity

  • geometry changes under load

Trying to fit a rider or set up suspension on this is tuning around bad data.

What Justin does first:

  • Full fork service (Advanced, Pro, or Race)

  • Full shock service (Advanced, Pro, or Race)

  • New oil, seals, bleeds

  • Burnishing / bushing sizing (if needed)

  • Custom valving & shim stacks (Race level)

Only after your suspension performs correctly can we complete an accurate setup and f

STEP 2:

DIGITAL SAG & GEOMETRY SETUP | $50

With your suspension freshly serviced, we use a digital sag/geometry tool for precise measurement and dynamic setup.

WE DIAL IN:

  • Fork sag

  • Shock sag or air spring

  • Air pressure or coil preload

  • Rebound speeds

  • Compression settings

  • Front/rear balance

  • Dynamic geometry and ride height

This ensures your bike sits exactly where it should in the travel, creating predictable handling, traction, and stability.

STEP 3:

PROFESSIONAL BIKE FIT| $200

Once your suspension baseline is correct, Ashley completes a full professional bike fit tailored to your biomechanics and riding style with video capture.

INCLUDES:

  • Saddle height

  • Saddle fore/aft

  • Saddle tilt

  • Cleat alignment/setting if applicable

  • Bar width + rotation

  • Reach and stack

  • Wrist/hand ergonomics

  • Posture & pedal stroke optimization

  • Fit adjustments based on suspension behavior

Your position is finalized around a suspension platform that is now functioning correctly. Price includes the swapping of parts to meet your riding needs if applicable.

STEP 4:

TRUST THE PROCESS| FREE

This is the only truly integrated tuning experience available:

  • Justin restores and tunes the mechanical performance of your suspension.

  • We uses digital tools to set sag and geometry with precision.

  • Ashley adjusts your body position around a properly tuned bike with professional bike fitting tools and software.

The result is a bike that feels:

  • smoother

  • more powerful

  • more comfortable

  • more stable

  • better in corners

  • predictable at high speed

  • balanced on climbs

  • less fatiguing

Most riders have never felt their bike dialed at this level.

WHO THIS IS FOR

The Performance Fit is designed for riders who need more than a basic fit or simple sag setup. It’s for riders whose comfort, control, and performance depend on both their body position and their suspension system working together as one.

This service is ideal for:

1. Riders Experiencing Discomfort or Pain

A Performance Fit is perfect for riders dealing with:

  • hand numbness or hand pressure

  • wrist or forearm discomfort

  • knee pain or tracking issues

  • lower back pain

  • saddle discomfort

  • hip instability or imbalance

  • uneven pedal stroke or dead spots

Many of these issues come from a misalignment between fit and suspension.
We correct both systems at once.

2. Riders Struggling With Bike Handling

Perfect for riders who feel:

  • harshness in the fork

  • a “dead” shock feel

  • instability in corners

  • unpredictable front-end behavior

  • poor small-bump sensitivity

  • imbalance between front and rear suspension

  • that the bike dives, packs up, or deflects in rough terrain

These problems almost always require a combined fresh suspension baseline + geometry tuning + fit adjustment.

3. Mountain Bikers Who Want More Confidence

Riders who want:

  • better control on steep terrain

  • more traction in technical sections

  • improved braking stability

  • smoother cornering

  • consistent feel over long descents

  • a bike that feels planted instead of nervous

The Performance Fit directly increases trail confidence by aligning the rider with the chassis.

4. Riders Preparing for Big Trips or Events

Ideal prep for:

  • Italy / Alps / Pisgah / Moab trips

  • Enduro or xc marathon events

  • Bike park seasons

  • Backcountry epics

  • Peak fitness and training cycles

These riders need a bike that is balanced, stable, and predictable for long days and demanding terrain.

5. Aggressive Riders & Technically Skilled Riders

For riders who push their bike harder, faster, and with more force, even small misalignments in fit or suspension become magnified.

They benefit from:

  • more mid-stroke support

  • tuned rebound for speed

  • proper cockpit position for descending

  • chassis balance at race pace

  • custom valving (Race package riders)

Aggressive riders tend to notice huge gains from this service.

6. Women & Lighter Riders

This is one of the groups that benefits the most.

Why?

Because most suspension and stock valving is built for a 170–185 lb test rider.

Lighter riders often suffer from:

  • too-firm valving

  • lack of small-bump sensitivity

  • difficulty setting accurate sag

  • riding too deep in the travel

  • poor weight balance

  • incorrect front/rear interaction

The Performance Fit corrects both fit issues and suspension limitations.

7. Riders with New Bikes or Incorrect Initial Setups

Perfect for:

  • riders who just bought a bike

  • bikes that were never properly set up from the start

  • riders who changed handlebars, stems, saddles, or pedals

  • suspension rebuilt elsewhere without a proper setup afterward

A new bike without a proper setup is often worse than a worn bike that was set up correctly.

8. Shops Wanting Better Rider Outcomes

This service is also for:

  • shops with customers who need deeper suspension or fit work

  • shops who want to offer high-end service without hiring more staff

  • shops wanting consistent results for advanced riders

The Performance Fit helps shops:

  • eliminate recurring comfort complaints

  • deliver premium-level outcomes

  • boost customer retention

  • improve rider satisfaction

  • reduce “mystery” handling and suspension issues
